    first time product orders***

    If you are not satisfied with the product, you may return it within 365 days from the date of purchase for a refund less shipping and handling, subject to the following conditions:
    • Your refund amount for a Ultimate Kit will be pro-rated based on the number of bottles you return.
    • In order to return the product you must contact RMA@drfloras.com for an RMA #. Please include your full name and order number when contacting us, otherwise we will not be able to process an RMA.
    • All returns must include a copy of the packing slip along with the RMA # provided to you – no exceptions.
    • If you are a repeat customer for the same product, the DrFloras guarantee does not apply to subsequent orders (any order after your first order). If you are a repeat customer purchasing a completely new product (one not previously purchased), the guarantee applies to any products in that order that has not been previously ordered.
    • If you return an order, we must assume you are not satisfied and will not reorder that product again. Your contact information will be entered into our RMA system and the DrFloras guarantee will not apply to you for any future order you purchase, regardless of items purchased.
    • The unopened bottle policy applies to 1 (one) opened bottle only, for each product. You must return the opened bottle for a refund, even if it is completely empty. If more than one opened bottle is returned of the same product, you will not receive a refund for additional opened bottles. You can only receive a refund for one opened bottle plus any unopened bottles you return.
    • The customer is responsible for all shipping costs when returning product.
